The first steps
After your initial point
of contact with us we will request that
you e-mail us your CV or if you have already
sent it with your job application we will
evaluate your suitability for vacancies
that we hold.
Before we take things any further we will
then want to conduct an interview either
in person or by telephone and discuss the
positions that we feel you match and the
type of role, company and locations that
you desire. We understand you work long
hours and are happy to discuss your needs
out of hours and make a point of being available
to suit you in the evening or at weekends.
Next, we will confirm our services to you
by e-mail with our terms and conditions
and also request a copy of identification
– This is in order that we comply with the
Employment Agencies Act and the Recruitment
and Employment Confederation in outlining
our services to candidates as well as making
sure that Jobseekers are genuine.
Our services are free to candidates throughout
the process.
